Exchange & Cancellation Policy

1. Exchanges

• Deadline: 7 calendar days after receipt. The product must be in perfect condition.

• After purchasing the artwork, if there is any manufacturing defect, within 7 business days it is possible to exchange it for another artwork of equivalent or greater value, paying the difference necessary for the replacement artwork, or, if possible, to have the item repaired. Contact us directly for more information.

• Express shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation

• It can only be requested before shipment.
